PHASE 2-B: TEMPLE OPEN TO LIFE ORDERS AND WITH RESTRICTIONS TO VITAL BAPTIFICATIONS - At the direction of the First Presidency, this temple has resumed restricted operations. At this point, all ordinances for the living and, with restrictions, vicarious baptisms are planned. The ordinances are only carried out by appointment and are limited to members who live in a certain geographic area.     Ordinances for family names must be performed in the correct order: baptism, confirmation, ordination to the Melchizedek Priesthood (men), pre-ordinance, endowment, and then sealing.
