Karen Bennett is the managing director of BENNETT BILL GmbH, a company based in Burgdorf, which specializes in the implementation of public procurement, in particular ICT procurement. Karen Bennett studied geography at the University of Bern and specialized in GIS (geographic information systems) and computer science. Karen Bennett has over 15 years of experience both in the field of computer engineering and as a consultant in public procurement. She has trained and dealt with in the areas of digitization, new business models (as a service), process design for sustainability and profitability as well as professional contract negotiations.

Managing Director, BENNETT BILL

Urs Bill is the managing director of BENNETT BILL GmbH based in Burgdorf, which specializes in the implementation of public procurement, in particular ICT procurement. Urs Bill made his first experiences with public procurement during his internships while studying law. He has been active in strategic and operational procurement management for over 15 years: for six years he was head of the Submission and Contracts Competence Center, the central procurement office of BLS AG. There he was responsible, among other things, for the procurement of BLS rolling stock as well as various BLS infrastructure projects. He then moved for three years to the position of deputy head of the CC WTO department, armasuisse, which, as the central procurement office, is responsible for all procurements of the DDPS. Urs Bill joined BENNETT BILL GmbH as Managing Director in 2017, where he advises his customers on strategic procurement management and provides operational support in the implementation of procurement procedures and complex contract negotiations.

Raphael Fasko, Rytec Circular

Raphael Fasko (Head of Rytec Circular) is a circular economy pioneer from the very beginning, environmental scientist ETH and former partner in the startup Raphael Fasko focuses on the circular economy as a field of opportunity for producers and procurers. In addition to drafting basic reports and working with the federal government, municipalities and associations, as a reopening expert he primarily advises companies on the direct implementation of the circular economy.
