Eligibility to participate

Criteria:

Inclusion criteria: - Adult men or women aged 18 to 45 years, including - Healthy as defined by the absence of a clinically significant medical condition, acute or chronic, as determined by medical history and clinical judgment - History of previous receipt of at least 3 IPVs Doses - Ready and able to provide written informed consent and ready to comply with the study Requirements - Intent to remain in the area during the study period - If female and childbearing *, not breastfeeding and not pregnant (based on a negative serum pregnancy test at screening and a negative urine pregnancy test prior to vaccine administration and bOPV exposure) to avoid pregnancy until at least three months after bOPV exposure and be ready to use an appropriate method of contraception consistently. Effective methods include intrauterine devices or hormonal contraceptives (oral, injectable, patch, implant, vaginal ring). Women with a credible history of abstinence or in a monogamous relationship with a vasectomized partner are also eligible. coli, LT or cholera or live E. coli or Vibrio Cholerae challenges. - Received an approved vaccine within 28 days of enrollment in this study or plans to receive an approved vaccine between registration and 28 days of the bOPV challenge - History of alcohol or drug abuse in the past 5 years - Any condition that in the opinion of the investigator, a health risk to the subjects if he is enrolled or could affect the evaluation of the study vaccine
